About
Our Mission
Harvest Horizon was founded on a simple belief: food should be fresher, more nutritious, and grown closer to home. In a world where produce travels thousands of miles to reach our plates, we’re working to shrink the gap between farm and fork—starting with microgreens.
What We’re Doing Now
Our microgreens are grown locally, harvested at peak freshness, and delivered straight to our community. That means longer shelf life, more nutrients, and fewer emissions. It’s a small step, and it’s the first one.
Quality at Value
Good food shouldn’t be out of reach. At Harvest Horizon, we’re committed to offering fresh, responsibly grown microgreens at a fair price. We harvest our greens to order, so they go straight from our farm to your door. They’re fresher than what you’ll find in stores, because they don’t sit around with middlemen or in storage.
While our prices might look a little higher than the grocery store, our portions are a bit larger too. That means you’re actually getting more for your money—and a fresher, more flavorful product.
Feeding the Future
We know microgreens alone won’t fix a broken food system. But they’re a start. Over time, we plan to expand into mushroom cultivation and eventually build aquaponic systems that produce both fresh vegetables and fish, grown sustainably, near our homes.
We also hope to partner with other local farms that share our values. By using our delivery routes to bring their food directly to your doorstep, we can support the local economy and improve access to what’s grown nearby.
Our dream is a stronger, more resilient food network where local, sustainable food isn’t the exception—it’s the norm. We’re just getting started, but we’re serious about where we’re going.
Join us as we grow. Let’s feed the future—together.
